Blade Types

Wavy edge

The regularly grinded waves along the cutting edge enables the knife to slide securely without slipping through hard hides and crusts.

Scalloped blade

The knife slides more easily through the cutting medium. The result is a perfect and effortless cut.

Partly serrated edge

The serration is about 4cm long and cuts easily through even the hardest plastic sausage casings.

Serrated edge

Suited for the cutting of fruit and vegetables with a hard skin. The blade slides effortlessly through the skin without damaging the flesh.

Etched blade

The etched grooves together with their anti-stick coating create an air cushion effect when cutting, allowing the blade to slide through without sticking to the food. Especially useful for cutting cheeses.
